Marriot Strawberry



And the winner goes to ... Marriot Strawberry Mooncake with our own mixture of unsweetened black bean paste. Really all thanks goes to the courageous inventors for these sweet pastries. And going along with black coffee or earl grey, adds zest to the whole feast. As we embark on this festival we appreciate that creativity is such a wonderful gift.

Mango Mooncake



Figuring out what is in this delectable beau, my Spouse and I discover these: mango paste, mango chocolate, mango pudding, biscuit pudding and fresh cream. The origin of this beau is finalized to be as my spouse and i decided a secret. Still we wish to share in view this sweet smelling and mildly sweet cake.

Snow Skin Yam


What a treasure I receive from a friend this year. I immediately cut this into slices and feed my love and she have a pleasant surprise. She commented that the skin is so sweet smelling that she admire it for an hour .Then she turn on her sweet smile and share a heart shaped cut piece with me that lasted for I feel the whole year and more.

Good Wood Park Mooncakes



This is perhaps a one stop for moon cake lovers since as seen, are the three common varieties of moon cakes. My spouse and I tried all these. They are: traditional skinned lotus paste,double and single yolked moon cakes, mango and pineapple snow skinned lotus paste moon cakes and flaky skinned sweet lotus moon cakes that sees us smiling face to face.

And because I am looking for a gift to give to my affluent client in his sixties, this one from Fullerton Six Star Hotel is the best choice ever. Crossing my fingers, I hope this client will give his praises through his daughter, my spouse.

As fortunate as we can be, these is a delightful gift we receive this season that remains still vividly in our hearts. We , my spouse and I hold our impulses and make a special fruit tea to warm up further this beautiful occasion of watching the moon and compose our poems together under a willow tree. Lotus Green Bean Mooncake


The celebration has completed for this year's mooncake festival and about time I blog on my favourite mooncakes. I started the festival with the lotus green bean mooncake with the traditional crust with Oolong tea. My delight is actually to celecbrate with my lovely wife enjoying this delicacy under the mid autuum moon.
